In order for Video Calls by Weframe to work properly, certain internet access requirements must be met.
Please note: In order to be able to join a Video Call via laptop / PC, you need Google Chrome as your browser.
Network settings
In addition, your firewall must be configured in such a way that it allows access from your company network to the corresponding destinations and ports. Otherwise, there may be connection problems with the Video Call.

You can find more information on this topic here, on the page of our integrated Video Call service. In particular, the following must be taken into account:
- Some firewalls may misclassify the media traffic and apply a UDP default timeout. In these cases, Video Calls will always drop at exactly the same time. To avoid call timeouts, change the default (0:02:00 – 2 minutes) to a time that is longer than the longest potential Video Call.
