Text and Media Notes are always created on your own device (laptop / PC, tablet or smartphone). Using the "Send your Input" function, they are written and sent with a wipe to the open Session on a Sessionboard. Notes can also be created directly in the Desktop Editing of Sessions.
The creation and sending of Notes to the opened Session on the Sessionboard works the same way on all devices. This ensures that even participants of a meeting without a laptop can make their contribution with a smartphone, for example.
Please note: As a guest of a Session you can create Notes and contribute them to the Session without registration. All you have to do is to connect to the Session via PIN. To save the entire Session with the created Notes in your account, you need to log in.
- You are on your personal desktop. Click on the red "+" button at the bottom right. Two more buttons appear above it: Text Note and Media Note. Tip: On your laptop it is sufficient to press the "T" button to create a new Text Note.
- Click on the Note button of your choice to create a Text Note (left image) or Media Note (right image) and fill it with content. To complete the text input for Text Notes, click on the grey background area next to the note. You can also create several Notes at once and send them one by one to the workspace on the Sessionboard.
Alternatively, you can drag and drop your pictures, videos, GIFs and PDFs to your personal workspace and then transfer them to the Sessionboard.
Please Note: The square cut for Media Notes is only a preview. After sending to the Sessionboard, your picture, video, GIF or PDF will appear in the correct format.
- Send the created Notes to the workspace of the opened Session on the Sessionboard. This way you can contribute with your content to the common group work.
