Support Widget
You have the possibility to send a request via widget directly here in the support center. The light green widget is located on all pages of the Support Center (including the one you are currently reading) in the lower right corner of the screen:
If you click on the widget, a window will appear in which you can address your request to us. A ticket will be created from this request and an employee will contact you via this ticket. To enable us to process your request quickly and efficiently, please do not hesitate to contact us:
- Fill in the widget completely.
- Enter your correct e-mail address so that we can contact you.
- Describe your concern/problem as precisely as possible. If available, you can also send picture attachments.
